Absolute fastest way to find a cash buyer?

I've got a house in Fairview Heights, Illinois under contract, and the inspection period is drawing to a close. My buyer flaked on me at the last minute. It's at a great price (appraised FMV is 67k, I'm selling it for 28k (including assignment fee), but I need a buyer now.

    Have you contacted agents in that area who might represent investors looking for deals?

    Post it here on BP. If it's an amazing deal there are investors who can act very quickly.
