Edgewood Atlanta Property
Just acquired this property in Edgewood. The property itself is solid structurally as it was well maintained by the owner, it has an addition that was not reported so the tax roll so it shows less space than there really is. The interior will need $50K in work as it is very dated. Based on comps of the last six months and within half a mile the ARV is $300K. It's in a hot part of Atlanta that has a lot of activity, with new construction and renovations. I don't have any pics to include as of yet, I'm going by the property to get some tomorrow.
