1 on 1 Coaching Programs DFW

Hi to all investors in the DFW area.

What are the different 101 coaching programs in the DFW area? what is the cost? what do you get for your money? Do you know anyone who has done it before? etc...

thur far I'm aware of:

REIA - Addison - Phil and Shenoah Grove 1 year, 3 months of 101 coaching, access to their private money, deal partnering, and they help to set up your entities, websites, tools etc... - $20,000 or $35,000

Roddy Round UP - George Roddy Jr. 1 year, 10 (101) sessions for 6weeks? deal partnering, You need at least $600/month of marketing.

My story:

I work a full time job I love, I would like to continue to work it. I have always been interested in getting into real estate. After thinking about it for a year, I decided I'll jump right in. I started attending local REI clubs and organizations in the area. I have also spend hours reading books, watching videos, listening to podcasts, attending seminars etc.. I have also signed up for bigger pockets pro and I have been on the site religiously. Education alone is not enough for me, I want to get hands on experience with guidance from someone who's been there (so pleaaaase have merci with your comments about how paying for coaching is not necessary :) ).

I would like, in the next 2-3 months, to start a local coaching program. I have certain goals that I would like to achieve by the end of the year, and I want to bypass the rookie mistakes.

I'm driven, passionate and dedicated and a really fast learning. Mentors don't come easy when you are new and newbies make a lot of mistakes. Mistakes are a part of life, i understand. 101 coaching programs allow me to reduce the amount of time I need to reach my goals, I get significantly save time and capital from getting a mentor.

I like paying for my mentorship because I can keep them accountable to education and show me the ropes.

I would really appreciate your feedback

Nandy
