I am new to the team and we are a company primarily in the buying, selling and repairing of single family homes with a proven track record. The main purpose for me joining the Marketplace is to put up our properties that we've won via auction and offer them at a discount temporarily before initiating repairs and advertising for sale or rent at the market value.
