House Hack Opportunity! Easton, PA
Hey folks - I have a 2 family property in Easton, PA. Bought it about 12 years ago and it's cash flowed pretty much ever since, with the exception of a few short term vacancies.
I currently live about an hour from the property and 1 of my tenants just left. I'm considering the option of getting rid of the place and exploring a situation where an investor interested in house hacking wants to come in and buy/lease to own/etc or some other creative way. Don't want to put it on the open market just yet and have to deal with realtors, commissions, etc.
Great starter property to live in and rent out the other apartment. Very nice/quiet area, not a rough area AT ALL.
This was going to be a long term investment for me, but with 3 kids and a FT job I just don't have the time to get out there and do all the work on it like I used to.
