I am looking for properties to buy. 

Either I buy.

A partner buys.

Buyer from my list (over 600 cash "proven" investors in our network)

Or I market your property for you!

Can get you a buyer for ANY deal.

Any location.

Only 2 conditions need to be met...

1. Must be 65% BELOW ARV including repair costs. Please have the comps and estimates ready to show

2. Must have at least 21 days to close (if wholesaling, at least 21 days left on contract. If less but it is a slam dunk deal.. then call me asap), 

Co-wholesaling option as well.

    I think you will be hard pressed to find homes at 65% ARV including repairs on a consistent basis.

    They are easier to find than you think. Maybe you are basing that on your MLS properties. Outside the MLS you find great deals with prices not inflated to try to force the market

     NO Location is not AS important as long as the numbers make sense. I am not a fan of Texas being a non-disclosure state, so as long as you have an agent (or other source) that can show solid comps then we can always manage a way to close a good deal
