Looking for a JV Partner; 60/40 Profit Split

I am currently seeking a Joint Venture partner who can provide a majority of the purchase price and rehab cost. In return, I would do all the labor, and split profits 60/40 in favor of the funder. I am in the Florida area looking to flip in Tampa, Orlando, and Lakeland area. 

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
