Good Morning BP Family,

I hope all is well and you are investing happily. As I have constantly come up with different ways to invest in real estate I must say that this one strategy of being a VA is most useful. Not just useful for the one special person who hires me but for me growing my knowledege of the different functioing parts of the real estate industry.

   First let me tell you who I am and what I am about. I am 24, a mother of a handsome little 2 year old, and a firm believer in Jesus Christ. Ive traveled all around the world and have had all sorts of experiences  due to my job as an active duty sailor who has 5 years of service in the military. Administrative work is mostly what I did. As a sailor, there is more to do than just admin work. After all I was hired to protect right? With that being said i did not just join the military to fight for keeping the freedom of my country but I also fought for the freedom of my life. As any honest person who wants to change their life, i chose to push myself to do something i couldnt get out of very easily. Five years later i still have not given up. I needed stability financially and personally. And i got just what I wanted and most definitely needed. Improvement is the one thing in life that should be constant and thats what I aim to do. Whether its me improving my own life or someone esles. 

The main reason I would like to become a Virtual Assistant is to be able to communicate directly with an experienced investor and work with them part time for a few months the move to full time. Other reasons include more time with my family, gain experience as a VA, earn income, hopefully travel, and work from home. Now am sure you have asked yourself or will soon ask What about the military? Well the whole purpose of me writing this ad is because I will be out of the military in a years time due to family hardship that the military can not assist with any longer. I am very greatfu to the military for what I have been able to accomplish but its now time to put my family ahead.

With 5 years of administrative experience I can do many different things. Ive created programs, schedules, tons of data enrty, dont get me started with organizing. I did alot of delegating others also. The one thing i have for sure impressed in my brain is to not be comfortable with saying "I dont know". Rather say, "I will find out". And thats just what i will do. Find out if im not sure. I am pretty comfortable with telling you that I have no experience as a VA. I say this so that you know im not pretending. No one starts off as an allstar. They got started somehow. If you are willing so am I. Doesn't matter if you live in Maryland, California, Texas, Oklahoma, or Washington state or even if you need a live in property manager for your newly purchased investment property.
