North Kansas city/ across the river?

Most of the leads and ect from turn-key people are from the South and East / West part of the city. Seems like no one  does or is much interested in the area across the river?   I  got an interesting opinion about that area in that rents are higher, houses more expensive and renters tend to stay longer and better neighborhoods.

Would like opinions of the area as such.   Any specific areas there that you might favor?  Any investors involved in there?
