This is a 3-month mentorship and you get to keep 50% of the commission from each deal you close.

Our mentorship program will require individuals to come to our Carlsbad, CA office but hours are flexible.

NO APPLICATION FEE but if you are accepted into the program there is a one time payment of $150. This is reimbursed if you close a deal.
