  1. We receive off market properties from the bank in the following states:
  2. * Georgia
  3. * North and South Carolina
  4. * Florida
  5. * Tenesse
  6. * Alabama

We buy from the bank and sell below retail. Let us know if you are searching for properties as we may have them.

We also have commercial properties/land and some mulifamily
