Investor looking for deals in central Florida

I am looking for two separate strategies. I have a 350k+ VA preapproved loan from USAA Bank and want to use it to buy a triplex or fourplex in the Orlando /Kissimmee area. The second purchase(s) is/are a few flip deals with 220k in cash. Looking to buy these cash and then refinance to continue to buy other properties.
