Anyone active or buy in New Braunfels Texas
Hi BP,
I got a lead the other day in New Braunfels, Texas and was wondering if anyone was active in that local market. Its between San Antonio and Austin (closer to San Antonio) and the seller is motivated (or atleast she seems to be). I'm having a little difficulty finding comps/running numbers so I MIGHT end up throwing the lead to somebody local and getting a birddog fee, however I'm primarily a wholesaler so not exactly sure just yet.
