Seeking partner for Kansas City rehab
Need a partner on my first rehab. I have an HML lined up but am short on cash to complete the deal. ARV is $140,000, property needs about $70,000 in rehab and I'm getting it for $13,500. That's a huge rehab for your first project. Have you thought about just selling it to another investor for ~$18,500? Just my 2 cents.
