I have a great flip possibility under contract, need a private money lender. Current offer accepted at 554K, ARV is roughly 700k. Estimated repairs are ~55k. Needs full rehab (ceilings scraped, interior paint, new kitchen, bathrooms (2), closets, flooring, appliances, landscaping) Roof is new, 1 year old. I would plan on taking down some walls and redesigning some interior space as well. Please message me for more details.
