Quick Sale FSBO Opportunity in Pueblo, CO (House for Sale)
I just took title to a property in Pueblo, CO. I own it free and clear. It is a two story 2 bed, 1 bath house (corner lot). The house needs some work. I would like to sell it as quickly as possible. It would be a good Flip Opportunity for the right RE Investor. I will consider carrying some paper on it in a Senior position with a good down payment or will consider a Joint Venture Opportunity with a Colorado RE Investor.
