Partner-Wholesaler in Chicago

Hello all,

I have some money but very little time to invest. Great credit to obtain loans and make 130K annually. I'm looking to buy and hold properties and will consider all places in Chicago. Looking for good deals (4 units preferred residential 50-100K and 5+ unit multifamily 100-200K) of course that have good ROI. Wiling to rehab but would like to restrict it to cosmetic only starting out. If there are some wholesalers here I'd like to discuss terms or if anyone can point me in the right direction by providing a recommendation that would be great, thanks!
