Wanna Meet My Private Lender?
I love my private lender. I call him and in a few days he funds my deal. I make money from the deal and I give him a certain percentage of the deal. I don't pay him points or any fees. Having a private lender is better than a hard money lender in that regard. The money is cheaper.
What's even better...his money is "flexible". I've used his money for rehab deals. I've used his money for buy-and-hold deals as well. Hard money lenders generally lend you money only for rehabs.
What's best with my private lender is...he does not check my credit and I don't need to submit a ton of paperwork. I make a call. If he likes the property he funds the deal. It's that simple.
Believe it or not...he likes to lend MORE money. He is putting up a company to lend more money. I guess...he loves the fact that I made him a lot of money!
So...he'd like to meet more real estate investors. I told him I am a member of Biggerpockets - the most awesome group of real estate investors on the planet. He is pretty excited about meeting you guys.
His only requirement is the one he lends money to has some SKIN in the game. It does not have to be 20% like what hard money lenders require. As little as 10% makes him comfortable. If you have at least $10,000, he can lend you the money you need to buy more properties...or even buy your first deal.
This Wednesday at 6 PM, in our office in Downers Grove, you can meet my private lender. His name is "JB". To meet JB, email me your PROOF OF FUNDS - bank statement or retirement account showing you have at least $10,000 liquid. If you're not comfortable emailing your bank statement, you can bring it with you. That serves as your "ticket" to meet my private lender. BUT regardless, you need to RSVP.
To RSVP and meet my private lender on Wednesday, November 12, email me NOW at [email protected]. I will email you back our office address.
Oh...this will be a small meeting...there will be no more than 10 people there. So RSVP NOW before you lose on this rare opportunity!
