Seller Finance/Lease option
Hey Fellow Movers and Shakers. I hope business is fantastic. I have this Property that I am putting under contract today in the Parkland Wa area. It is a 3bd, 2.5ba 2442sqft, 12,632sqft lot,.The Seller wants a little under 5k down and someone to take over mortgate payment which is 1649.13 a monthat 3.8%. He owes 255,842 in total for first and second mortgage. first mortgage is 217,642at 4.75%with a payment of 1526.30 and the second is 38,199.73(which this was for an additional room)and those payments are 122.83 At 3.8% If your interested I will assign it for 5k. First lease option so if you have any advise it would be much appreciated. He will do other forms of seller finance and he will carry the note.
