Looking for HUD JV partner

Hi BP!

I'm about to start bidding on HUD properties in the Metro Atlanta area, and I'm looking for a partner to supply the deposit. As I'm sure you all are aware , the deposit would not be required until HUD has accepted the offer. We would both examine the deal and the numbers to make sure its a sensible deal and I would split the wholesale profit 50/50.

Not sure this would interest anyone here but as they say, "closed mouths don't get fed!"
