Looking for a realtor to assist in finding a single family / multi family that cash flows monthly. Someone who can putting together current rent rates & market rent vs est. expenses

- in need A home strictly to rent out - no preference in how many units.

Would be helpful since I’m not fully present in searching with my current job.

Hi @Nicholas Minich Not sure if this would be a help for you or not becuase it requires a different approach compared to traditional renting but cash flow is not a problem, just normally requires creative renting strategy.
