Made a rental property finder tool with some cashflow analysis... Sharing here!

Hi all!

Made myself a rental property finder that does some initial cashflow analysis based on user-configurable assumptions. Figured other folks might be interested in similar functionality, so hosting it online: https://cashflowcrunch.com/

Give it a try & open to feedback! I have a few other feature I'd like to add, but this is a side-project for me. But having fun building a tool that could help me find a potential rental property.

Thanks!

Adrian

This is a very clean tool! You are on the right track.

(first time posting - but I am an investment focused realtor in the Emerald Coast, Florida area)

Question about how you are getting monthly rental data. I see that you have a link to RentCast, but the rental info there for properties I have checked do not correlate with the monthly rent on CFC. Some are low, some are close to median, and some are high. How are you pulling that info in? Or is it coming from somewhere else?
