New Builds In Tampa
Hi everyone, I graduated from USF last year and started investing more seriously into real estate. I currently do airbnb here in New Port Richey and have long term rental properties in Detroit (section 8/cash tenants). I am planning on selling my Airbnb and was thinking of investing some of that money to start developing houses here in Tampa or surrounding areas. I have 0 experience with new builds but have done rehabs in the past. I am looking for someone I can partner with to work together or even someone that can mentor me and help me with advice on how to start. Thank you!
