Residential new construction in Fulton county

I have 1.6 acres that I'm currently subdividing into 4 lots.  I would like to build on those lots and I'm looking for advice about financing the builds.  Is there a lender that will allow me to use the land as the downpayment on the loan?  The land is owned free and clear.
