Lenders for Primary SFR Coop HELOC?

Hi, ALL. I have a primary residence that is a coop in the Ithaca EcoVillage and I'd like to do a HELOC using equity. I contacted National Cooperative Bank and they only do apartment buildings, not detached SFRs. Does anyone know of a lender that does SFR coop primary HELOC loans? I'm seeking a rate less than 6.5%, if possible.
