Looking for investor-friendly agents in Jackson, MS

Does anyone have experience investing in Jackson, MS? We are looking to expand our MF (2-4 units) portfolio into the area and am looking to build a relationship with a investor-friendly agent that has experience working with out-of-town investors. 

Any help or recommendations greatly appreciated. Thanks!
