Searching for An Experienced Fix N Flip Partner
We are new to REI and would like to start out with flips. I've read a lot on this site as well as several books and this seems like the best fit for us and our skillset. I have experience as an electrician and my husband has done everything from drywall to siding to basic plumbing.
I’d love to work with someone through a handful of flips before venturing out on my own. I would love to offer any help we can in exchange for experience and mentorship.
Is anyone in my area interested in this??
