Creating my team

Hello everyone, I really enjoy real estate, this is something I really want to do. I want to make sure I'm doing this the right way.  I would like to buy my first property out of state in Alabama. I need to create my team. I need a good property manger company, electrician/plumber, real estate agent and mortgage lender for now. I have been looking and reading reviews but don't know who to choose yet. Can anyone help or give any referrals. Or any advice this will be my first time. Thanks in advance
