Looking for JV Partner On A Deal

I am working with a seller on a property in Chicago right now, and he has a total of (6) SFR properties in Chicago that he would work with me on. These are all fix/flip type properties, but my intention is to assign them. Would love to partner with a JV partner who has experience with a multi property deal and is will to help me get these under contract and dispo. I do have another team to help dispo if I need it, but would rather work with the same person on both acquisition and dispo.
