We offer land loans, lots or raw land loans in 50 states. Prefer $1 million and up but will consider less on a case by case basis. Prefer agricultural but will consider others. Terms vary upon application. Most are 25 year loans with 25 year amortization. Love ranches, hobby farms, vineyards, large farms but will consider others.
