Fix and flip looking for a short-term loan

I have a house that is worth $180,000 I owe $38,000 I'm needing to borrow some money to fix his house and flip it but I found bankruptcy a little over a year ago chapter 7 is there anyone out there that can help me with a short-term one year loan so I can rehab this house and sell it it is in my name three bedrooms two bath five and a half acres thank you for any assistance
