Strategic Partnerships with RE Investor Agents

We are looking to partner with agents that represent RE investors but are unable/unwilling to manage the units themselves. If you are realizing you are losing transactions or RE investor buyers b/c of a lack of PM offerings we want to help! We can handle the initial renovations if needed and the PM services. We even take this a step further and allow the partnering agent to keep all future transactional activity and even if the agent wants to maintain the lease up fee for filling a vacant unit we allow for that as well. Simply put, we are looking to fill all of the gaps in services to the RE Investor as much as possible and create a partnership where we all benefit.
