Looking for the best book about real estate

Happy new year everyone! I’m looking for some books recommendations. What is the best real estate book out there that actually helped someone in real life?

I own one property that I’m planning on turning into a rental eventually. My goal is to have 4 to 5 rentals.

    All worth reading, and I'd read them in that order.
