Looking for MTR management software

I'm a Real Estate Broker/Owner and I own 5 doors that I have been self-managing as MTRs for the past 5 years. I've been using QBO but I'm starting to take on MTR clients and I need a PM software and have reviewed so many my head's going to fall off. Would you go with LTR or STR software (or does it matter)? Any suggestions for one with an app that won't break the bank? Needs: accounting, tax filing, commission, payout feature to owners at the least. Pluses: communication with tenants, repair pros and owners. Thanks in advance.
