Looking for lenders

Hi all,

New member here to BP. I am looking for lenders for fix and flips or remodle and hold/rental. 

Our area is building a new hospital and has housing that can be pick up low and a minimal investment to get up to a great standard to sell or rent.

Any ideals and help is appreciated!
