Canadian looking for JV Partners
Hey guys I'm a Canadian living in the GTA looking for someone who's possibly interested in doing a JV partnership to buy a duplex/triplex in the US.
I'm currently looking & have done all my research in OH, but I’m open to investing in other areas as long as the numbers look good.
I’m also open for any advice/help anyone is willing to offer as a Canadian investing in the US. I’m pretty much done everything except for my tax structure (I’m currently doing that now).
