Wholesaler Recommendation DFW

Hi there, I'm a new real estate investor who has had some trouble with wholesalers with whom I've spoken. Because of this, I'm looking for recommendations for a good wholesaling company in the DFW area. Looking for things such as reasonable EMDs, win-win contracts, and accurate repair estimates/ARVs. Any relevant info would be much appreciated!
