Looking for the best loan and terms!

Hi All,

I just got a home in West Reading, PA under contract for $252,000. It's right next to our areas biggest trauma hospital within a 1 hour radius, and plan to do a medium term rental with it.  It's pretty much turn key. 

My credit score is around 720. I have around $5K/mo in income. Can anyone help?

Hi Jennifer, you should be able to get 7's with 720 FICO. Might be worth looking around...
