I am looking to increase my deal flow for flip projects here in Northern Nova Scotia (Local to Cumberland County). Between the MLS and my network/driving for dollars, my deal flow has been slow lately. I have a few projects under my belt and my financing is in order. Any help or connections in the area is greatly appreciated!
