Looking for contractors in Hartford, CT
Hi Everyone,
I am looking to upgrade one unit of a 4-unit multifamily. Each unit is 900 sq ft and has extra room. All the 4 units in this building have one bedroom and one bathroom with extra room.
I am looking for a contractor who can advise me if these four units can be upgraded to 2 bedrooms. If it's not feasible, the contractor should be able to suggest some upgrade options including value add options so that I can get high rental income.
