ISO Agent in Detroit area

I'm looking for an agent in the Detroit and surrounding areas. None of the realtor bs please, I'm not trying to get setup with searches and end up on endless places and zoom meetings. I am looking for an experienced agent in the area who invests in the area and can give advice and insight on what areas are good to buy vs not.

I highly recommend Michael Wright. You can find him here: https://wcidetroit.com/about-us/. He does a lot of gut rehabs in Detroit and he has tremendous insight in the market.
