Looking for Real Estate Agents in Greater Cleveland Area

Looking for Real Estate Agents in Greater Cleveland Area

Member since 2024 · 1 post · 3 votes

Hi everyone,

I'm an investor looking to connect with experienced real estate agents in the Greater Cleveland area who can help me find properties for long-term rentals. I'm particularly interested in the following neighborhoods:

  • Euclid
  • South Euclid
  • Willowick
  • Garfield Heights
  • Old Brooklyn
  • Parma

That said, I’m always open to any good opportunities outside of these neighborhoods as well! I'm specifically searching for an agent who:

  • Has experience working with foreign investors (I’m not based in the US).
  • Has been involved in buy-and-hold projects with investors multiple times.
  • Can provide an approximate rehab cost by looking at pictures and is familiar with rehabs.
  • Is willing to visit properties physically (I won’t ask you to check out too many).
  • Has connections with wholesalers (a plus but not a dealbreaker).

If this sounds like you—or if you know someone who fits the description—please reach out OR leave a message in I will get back to you.

Why would an Agent need to have connections with Wholesalers? Wholesalers are just uneducated illegal Brokers. Nothing of value there.

    @Yossi Gamrasni

    Hi Yossi,

I specialize in helping out-of-state investors like yourself, particularly with long-term rental strategies in Cleveland. I’m familiar with the neighborhoods you’re interested in, such as Euclid, South Euclid, Willowick, and others. I can also provide rehab cost estimates based on photos and have connections with trusted contractors for detailed assessments.

Additionally, I have access to off-market opportunities and can help streamline your investment process. Let’s connect, and I’d be happy to discuss how I can assist you with your Cleveland investment goals!
