Owner Financing / Rent To Own Deal Needed

Hey guys,

I'm in the process of going through a divorce and I need assistance in locating a rent to own or owner finance 3 bedroom property. I'm a licensed real estate broker and property manager in the Spring Hill, FL area. I'm planning to sell my existing house and I plan to use those proceeds to acquire a new home via owner financing or lease purchase. I'm also open to working with an investor in a property management capacity in exchange for housing it that's an option. If anyone has any other creative ideas or suggestions, feel free to reach out. I would prefer to do an owner financing deal so I can eventually make the property I acquire a rental property or AIRBNB in the future.
