Wholesaling a Motel Deal

Hey bigger pockets family. I got my first Motel/Commercial deal under contract. I'm wondering how are we able to find potential buyers, as I've only wholesaled residential, land and mobile homes. I've been looking and researching and haven't gotten much luck 馃槱

 If anyone is buying motels in Texas please let me know also 馃槉

    You would find better traction posting this in the CLASSIFIEDES section of bigger pockets under FORUMS

    Secondly, if you don't have a large buyers list I would recommend partnering with larger wholesalers for a JV. Like New Western or RPR.

    Post online? But you should have workedon a buyer's list before putting it under contract. always have a plan prior to action!
