Hey everyone, my name is Terrell Istre. I'm 24 years old and I'm excited to share that I've just secured my first mobile home park under contract – a 52-site park with a projected 27% IRR. I'm purchasing through a syndication for $925,000.

I'm new to raising capital and looking for ways to connect with investors or capital partners to bring funds into this syndication. I'm from a town of 80k people, but the market for this asset class is strong.
