Hey @Jesus E Martinez, welcome to the BP Forum and nice work! Out of curiosity, how much rehab work did you have to do on this property? Are you looking to do more, similar types of flips?

Thanks for your comments. Rehab + Closing around 70k, rehab only 50K. I'm looking for multifamily opportunities to expand my portfolio and probably some syndications for bigger deals. But if I came across with single family with good margins like this one  I'm sure I will jump into it.
