838 Wapiti Dr | RENTAL PROJECTIONS ($300,000+ | $25,722 per month amortized)

Two homes, 2 legally separate parcels, sold together in a portfolio of 9+ Beds / 8+ Baths.

VALUE ADD POTENTIAL
