Painting and Flooring Rehab Costs

Hi friends! I'm looking for comps for rehab for my property in Detroit.

Can someone share how much it cost to paint the interior of a 1360 sq ft two story house? Exterior?
Bonus points for anyone who can share the average price per sq ft please for painting in Detroit!

Also, I'm looking for average cost per sq ft for labor for floors (eg. removal of old carpet and tile and install vinyl and carpet)

Lastly, any recommendations for painters for floor installers?

Why are you pricing vinyl & carpet?
Most Detroit houses have hardwood floors. These last the longest and if sanded & poly'd correctly, also show the best. (FYI: $2.50-3.50 sq/ft)
We only install LVP when there's a plywood floor base. (same installation labor cost as hardwood). Recommend using at least 8mm LVP, otherwise wears too fast.
We NEVER use carpeting as tenants trash it too quickly!

I would look on thumbtack, or task rabbit to get people out there to quote it.. Too tough to get some estimates like this from other people. You would like to know these numbers for your own benefit going forward too, helps with rehab costs and all.
