Is your bookkeeping a disaster?

Hello folks! I’m a CPA who specializes in bookkeeping for real estate investors.
Real estate accounting comes with its own set of challenges—escrow accounts, security deposits, loan balances, and depreciation ... tracking all of this can quickly become overwhelming, especially when you’re dealing with multiple properties and entities. It’s easy for your books to turn into a tangled mess, which can lead to significant headaches down the road. Unfortunately, the average bookkeeper doesn't have the specialized knowledge required to properly serve sophisticated real estate investors.
I’m here to help you sort through the complexities of your QuickBooks account, ensuring you have clean and accurate reports for filing taxes and for evaluating your investment performance.
If you’re looking to get your bookkeeping cleaned up and systemized, feel free to message me. I'm currently looking for a few more clients before year end.

Cheers,

Josh O'Donnell, CPA
