Wedding Venue Growth

Leslie Reardon
Posted

We have owned our wedding venue for 8 years.  We are looking at buying out another investor and expanding our facility to add lodging (arbnb) for guests/families.  Also we want to add 1-2 more buildings/venues, one with a multi use- large commercial kitchen for onsite catering as well as local restaurant.  We currently have a small licensed kitchen onsite! This building would additionally be a space for small weddings.

An additional venue with a very different appeal for growth.  We would like to add 5-10 cabins sleeping 10-12.

Our struggle is complications with tax filings (bad accountants not filing) we have good credit as well as a very good w-2 job for backup! Plus a solid profit/loss to show this is making money!

Our venue has grown every year (yes even in Covid) a 1 year hickup due to medical, but still made it thru. We are full service (Venue, Catering, Coordinating, Flowers) all these would move to each facility.

Looking for creative options for financing.

Thank you
